Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SJP San Juan Capistrano Pool Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in San Juan Capistrano and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, equipment repairs, filter maintenance, and related pool care services. All services are performed by trained technicians using professional equipment.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. For recurring weekly services, payment is collected on a monthly basis. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
Access to Property
You agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes unlocking gates, disabling alarms, and securing pets. If we cannot access your property for scheduled service, you may be charged a trip fee.
Liability and Insurance
SJP San Juan Capistrano Pool Care carries liability insurance for pool service operations. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to pool equipment or structures. Any damage caused by our technicians during service will be addressed promptly. We are not liable for chemical imbalances caused by factors outside our control, such as weather or excessive pool usage between service visits.
Service Guarantees
We strive to provide excellent service on every visit. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will address the issue. Our goal is to keep your pool clean and properly balanced at all times.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate ongoing service with 14 days written notice. Any prepaid services will be prorated and refunded. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment or unsafe working conditions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
